My least favourite thing about your maagzine is that the background for everything is grey. This does not really appeal to your target audience, and as it is used throughout the magazine it gets a bit repetitive and boring. While I understand that it goes with the background on your cover photography, I think a brighter colour used as the background on your pages would have made it more interesting.
