I think that your target audience is portrayed as quite cool; especially on your DPS, your cover star is smiling and looks like he is enjoying himself. This makes your target audience seem as though they have a lot of fun.
Your target audience is also shown as having a sense of self-importance, and are interested in things like wealth and money. This is shown by the contents in your magazine; "I wouldn't say that I'm the best actor" shows a sarcastic quality with recognition of their own self-worth. "I be laughing all the way to the bank" shows the interest in wealth.
